Shipping
One of the benefits of working with us is that we handle shipping costs on our end! We primarily ship orders within Canada and the United States and orders placed can take up to 1-2 months based on order quantity. We employ airlines and cargo carriers to provide you with the safest, fastest and most reliable service for your treats. Our packages are sent through third party delivery companies such as UPS and Everest Yak Chews is not responsible for any delays. Everest Yak Chews is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. Shipping includes handling fee. All cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Everest Yak Chews abides by a simple philosophy, we stand behind the yak chews we produce and sell. Any product that is purchased from us and has been found to be unsatisfactory within 15 days of arrival, or has been received either damaged or unusable, may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved. To process a return or an exchange please send us an email to andrew@everestyakchews.com and include your name, order number and whether you're returning the item for a refund or seeking a replacement. All returns must be approved by Everest Yak Chews.
